Need some help for a Friend
Guys,
This has gone on too long. Tom has tried and others have tried as well. Here we are nearly 2 years later and Tom still hasn't received any money for these models. $1500 is not just a couple of dollars. We have such a tight community and this is very sad.
Beware - NMPRA

There is no place in this hobby for "dead beats". This kind of behavior disgusts me. My AMA membership goes back 61 years, and in that time I've only heard of this happening a couple of times, but that's too many. Someone must know where he lives. Then someone can confront him, and have him prove his claim that he paid for the airplanes is true. If not then take it to small claims court, or whatever is the appropriate legal route. If I can help in any way, I would gladly do it. Did anyone ever see him race these airplanes?

Just received a text message from Tom Scott, stating that money has cleared paypal today. This person claimed he paid in March of this year to the wrong email address. Seems like BS to me. Be careful when doing business with this guy for sure. Thank you to everyone that helped get Tom his money.
