Hi: JPKII
Thank you for the reply. I hope to have some video on the heli soon ( I have to get my hands on a camcorder). The Apache is on a 6 foot table. I can just fit the Apache in my van.
Thanks.

I really get a kick out of the TADS display and the pilots head rotating with gun position. That's really cool!!

Wayne,

Awesome Apache. What a fantastic job. The blades are also correctly oriented. Is that the rotor direction for flight also?

Hi: Raptor helis and Mok
Thank you .
I will do my best to stay out of the ground. The blades that you see are some fake blades i put together. I did not want $300 blades hagging out in the hot sun. The blades run in a left hand rotation the same as what you see in the photo.
Have a Great day.

Hi: Ge Force
My friends have always said i was sick. I told my wife that i traded a park-flyer for the Apache (if she never knows, I will be OK). I the kind of guy that will show up to the field with a $2500.00 jet and pull it out of a $400.00 car.

Hi: Pete
Thanks
If you like big helis, This Apache is over 7 feet long. Check with indyhelis.com for more info on the Apache.
Welcome to the heli world. now go out and beat the air into submision until your heli lifts off the ground (thats what we call flying).
Have a great day.

Hey Wayne, when you get ready to fly that thing, let us Green River Lake boys know.

As for the rest of you guys, I saw this heli at the KY Jets and it's a piece of art!

I'm a bit late but I need to put in my $.02. That is so cool. I love scale models and the more detail the better. I don't have the time or pacients to do that kind of work. I'm glad folks like you do so I can see it and enjoy it.[8D]

If anybody is still around here, i would like to know if those are mock up tail rotor blades or did you have an offset four bladed rotor head made for it and if you did who made it?
