Havoc one way bearing slips!
My Havoc one way bearing slips. I take off the back plate and clean with brake clean then it's fine for awhile. I'm running Traxxas 20% fuel and someone told me thats my problem, there's too much oil in the fuel. Is this correct, if so what fuel should I use? A friend of mine has the same truck with the same problem. He got a new bearing and soon it was the same problem. Any help would be appreciated Two more quick questions, are there longer body posts available and how could I set this up to attache the ignighter without removing the body? I just painted a new body and don't want to drill a hole in it.

I've heard nothing but bad things about Traxxas fuel and owb slipping, I'd try another fuel. I think there is too much oil content in it. Also make sure your picking the truck up from the back side not the front.Btw that is a sweet looking car .

I haven't heard anything about TRX fuel.
We run, tune, break in all the Schumacher vehicles with 20% fuel, we use Maxy's here in the shop.
And there are longer body posts, the part number is U2154

Just wondering. Did the new fuel type clear up you bearing slipping problem? The only time I've ever heard a person with this issue it was the traxxas fuel causing the slipping.

RE: Havoc one way bearing slips!
Sorry for not replying sooner, busy summer here. I really have not had the time to try it yet. My friend did and it seems to have solved the problem. When I find the time, I've been working on tweaking some of my other trucks. My daughter is getting married tomorrow and then maybe I'll have more time untill next year at this time when my son gets married.
