LaComa,

It is a quality car thats for sure, is it for beginners, I would have to say no.

An 80 MPH car is not a good learning tool, I would start out with something a bit slower first then work your way up to it because it is a lot of car man.

Honestly just any good reputable RTR nitro, I'm not really in the on road nitro game to much.

As for the Fusion 28, your local hobby shop can get that for you, but if not try Stormer Hobbies!

Hi LaComa,
The Fusion 28 is a great Rc. You said you were new to Rc. This is just my opinion since I own 6 menaces, 5 Havocs, Rascals, Riots, vintage Schumachers and 100's of Schumacher parts Galore. (check out my Gallery) I love Schumacher, but enough about me I just want you to know were I'm coming from. I'm not saying you might not be able to handle the Fusion, cause there's always that what if (beginners luck) but a beginner having a Rc like that is like someone getting keys to a Corvette who just got there driving liciense. You want to start with something of a more simple type of Rc that will build your knowledge up and then you will be able to go thru the stages of a more advance level of a Rc. A great choice would be the Rascal or the Riot. These Rc's will familierize yourself with the Schumacher product. The learning curve of the Rascal & Riot are perfect for beginners and are very tough.
