Hi All,

I have a jpg of the Caudron C460 wing profile and I have no problems converting that to a dxf (Redraw).

OK I have down loaded Cadworks 3 trial because it has a dxf to Dat converter. Saved it as a DAT (File size 0K ?Strange?)

Tried to load it into Devfus but it wasn't accepted.

Is there a easier way?

Prboz, Have you looked at using Profili Pro, It will take JPG and convert it into an airfoil, then to DXF to dat etc.

I have had a quick look at it but seemed to be getting noware so put it aside. I may have to have another go at it.

Symetrical.

Now, exactly what do you want to do with it? What is your goal?

Cut ribs, build a non tapered wing, a tapered wing??

Is that the tip airfoil also?

Wht size do you need it?
Here's the airfoil in TXT format. Arbitrary size.

It is the root of the wing and the chord is 510mm long.

I want to use it in DEVFUS for the wing slot and need a .dat file to insert. The Indice is 2 deg.
