Default Leonopteryx Build Challange

I have designed a RC Leonopteryx with an 70mm EDF for propulsion. I don't have the time right now to build it. Is anyone interested in being my test builder/pilot? If so please post pictures of your progress. Plans are attached.

Default RE: Leonopteryx Build Challange

Interesting! I built and still fly a 6' span pteranodon kite. A pic of it is an avatar on my profile. These critters would make good slope soaring models, I'm sure. In lieu of DF how about putting prop motors where the 'fingers' extend from LE of wing? Would be lighter, quieter and more efficient. Good luck!
