Default flying wing build

problems with camera so pics start where I just epoxied the wings to the fuse.
42" wingspan
185 grams as show in the photo..

I started by choosing an airfoil and cutting the wings. I only had enough foam on hand for one attempt and got lucky as I got a good matching set 1st try....
My hot wire setup uses an eye bolt to hold one end of the wire and only one template screwed to the root of the wing blank...( easy for one person ) I wasnt sure how this would work on a delts wing as the pivot point is so close to the wing I was afraid the wingtip would be to thin??? As it came out the thickest part of the wing at the root is 1.5". 18" out at the tip of the wing the airfoil shape is .5" at its thickest. .

I copied the same airfoil for the fusalage but stretched the nose out 2.5". I framed up 4 ribs and plan on using the center bay for a battery up front and the motor mount will be cut into the back.
Along the way I decided to shorten the two outer bays giving the nose a stepped look...

I have the cuttouts for two HS-55 servos in the wings I'll hot glue in...
I'll use tape to hing bulsa ailerons.
If its not already TO HEAVY, I'll cover it all with colored packing tape.???

nOT SURE YET WHERE OR HOW TO ADD A RUDDER

LIKE MOST OF MY STUFF ITS GOING TO BE HEAVY BUT will it fly?

Default RE: flying wing build

How about a pair of them mounted on the sheathed section either side of the center section?

I would incorporate the landing gear into the rudders/vertical stabs. WE did a wing once....we took the wing off of he GO F14 and put a os60 on it....fllew great, no vert. stab required
