I need a few foam cores cut.

Know anyone who's doing it professionally? Good quality at a reasonable price.

I dont' know anyone anymore. I did when I was flying slope gliders back in San Deigo. That is part of why I made my latest try.
I am intending to buy some of the items I need to make a cuttting machine. The bed is the first thing needed. All else is just added to it.
I am thinking of makeing a torrision box for the bed. Given limited funds I ca divert and more than limited building conditions, it just makes sense, And if I do it right the box can have other uses for building planes.
I will update as soon as I start putting something togeather.

I purchased a bow cutter in the early 80's came with a instruction book.

Set up was easy. I worked of off a section of a formica counter top, a throw-away I picked up and cut to size.

You would hold the bow by hand, two guys, one at each end counting the marks on the rib template.

Easy as pie and the bow was cheap. You just had to have an honest guy.

I cut a bunch of wings, sold the cutter on ebay a few years ago.

I just need a couple of sets of wings from my templates.
