Making model plane kits

Hi,

I am planning to make educational kits for students n experts both right from chuck gliders, tow line gliders few small park flyers & some 48 inches span electric planes. What would be the best way to get started to manufacture these planes. We are planning to setup a workshop with all the power tools except Laser cutting as the cost is high..

. But still from starting point of view i want some suggestion from you experts...

We cut and sell short kits.On low volume planes I cut by bandsaw and jig saw.
