Default Balsa Low Wing Trainer Plans 46 nitro needed

Hey guys, this is my first post on RCU.

I want to contstruct a Low Wing Trainer (46 size) , so if any one has any plans that they could share with me, and also if the Parts layout are available on CAD for the same, that would be highly appreciated.

PS : I am not very good at using CAD, I was looking at the CAD Kaos but I gave up because I wasn't able to lay out the parts on CAD properly. So if any one could help me with the parts layout for the same, even that would suffice

Regards

Draw rectangles for the sizes and types of wood the laser cutter is using.
Cut and paste the parts to fit the rectangles
Color the lines for cutting and marking. I use red for cutting, green for marking.
lines must be "zero" width and "continuous" for the laser .
See example pic for the RCM super Kaos

Corel is the preferred program for most American made lasers. I have programs that can open most formats and convert into Corel. For parts layout check on how wide of stock you can get for what thicknesses you need and draw each thickness part on the same sheet. For cutting I use red to cut through, green for half through cuts and black for part numbers and lettering. For My laser all cut lines are hairline ( .006") or less and engraved are .01 or greater. You can even cut from PDF files if they are exported as a editable file in most cases. I have a drawing guide line on my Home Page alsorichrslaserkits

Yes, Coreldraw is good for engraving.
My Epilog has a Autocad driver, which good for me as I'm a big Autocad user.
I learned to use Coreldraw, but didn't like it much.

Almost every laser cutter including Chinese one supports AutoCAD and CorelDraw both formats. But the problem is at Kolkata operators those who knows use AutoCAD they demand much higher salary but those laser shops pay very less salary. Since the operator doesn't know how to use AutoCAD they keep saying their laser cutter only support CDR file. Even I have AutoCAD file i convert them to CDR file always.

Epilog is very good cutter with metal CO2 laser tube, we have Epilog dealer in India but he always demand very high price. Here in India GCC LaserPro laser machinese are popular, they also have metal CO2 laser tube, very good quality and also expensive. Plus point is they have much bigger model than Epilog. I use 36 x 4 inch size balsa sheet and 36 x 24 ply board.

@rajib, i use a laser cutter at 32 Ezra Street, he has a new machine. He accepts both CAD and CDR files. The name of the shop is Lasertech. He charges around INR7-10/minute for cutting, don't know whether he is cheap or not.
