Default Mister Mulligan plans

Hi fellow scratch builders, I have a Moki 150 radial and got this crazy idea to build Mr. Mulligan racer in a suitable scale. I have no problems scaling the plans up or down if it needs to be resized to suit.
My problem is to actually find a set of plans for this beautiful racer. Is there anybody that could point me right direction.

One source is Wendell Hostetler. He has a nice set of plans, pretty large plane. Introduced just a few months ago.

I agree with Dave and recommend Wendell as well. The details are there and designs are well thought out.

Thanks heaps guys. I just don't understand how I missed it,[&:] since I've built two of his planes already.

I too, am considering the Mister Mulligan plans from Hostetler, I'm considering the Evolution 9 cylinder radial, since it's close to what the Pratt and Whitney Wasp looks like.
