Default LOCKHEED S-3a VIKING TURBINE INCLINATION

Hi,
A question to the list .
I notice that certain aircraft have differing turbine engine inclination, for example the Lockheed S-3a Viking has the turbine inclined towards the ground at around 3 degrees. As you know the engines are located on the wing. On the other hand, both the A-10 and SU-25 are pointing in the opposite direction. Why does the the Viking have the turbine inclined towards the ground whilst if one looks at B-737, Airbus aircraft all their engines seem to be straight? Could it be that the engine is so inclined to counteract the aircraft's positive wing incidence? If one had to design the aircraft would a 0-0 turbine incidence be better?

Thanks for any information you may provide.

Reuben
