Default Plan Enlargement

What would be the calculation to take plans from 35% to 50%? Also, does Kinko's scan and do enlarging from plans?
Thanks in advanced.

The ratio is 50 divided by 35 which equals 1.4286. Check with Kinkos. They have done everything I have asked for. Dan.

I've had good luck with Kinkos. Once the plan is scanned in as a PDF it can be printed at what ever percentage of the original plan that you desire. If you are printing something like a 50% scale plane the quantity of paper my get a little spendy but probably still your best bet if there aren't any other plans available. One caveat, as you increase the plans in size, errors can creep in even with large format scanners. It is a good idea to add scales lines on various parts of the plan so that you can confirm consistent enlargement.

I can do the enlargement and printing for you and guarantee better results than Kinkos.

flyingwires, keep in mind that when you do an enlargement like that you will wind up with unusual wood sizes and notches. Dan.
