I have a set of plans that's a trike gear...Would like to make it a Taildragger ..My concern is the placement of the main in regard to the CG...I am not sure where they need to be...Any help is appreciated.....Jerry

Typically you can't go wrong with the wheel center in line with the wing leading edge.
