Default Plug In Wing Tubes

Is there a formula or rule of thumb for determining how far the wing tube sockets should extend into the wing?

Thanks,

Bert

Default RE: Plug In Wing Tubes

This isn't based on any "actual research data", but in my experience, the wing tubes tend to be about 1/3rd of the semi-span. (i.e., about 12" for a 36" wing panel)
