Help w/ TurboCAD files
Downloaded TurboCad Learning Edition but I'm having trouble loading dxf files into it. These dxf files are ones I downloaded also. A few have worked but most don't for some reason. Any suggestions... Thanks

A little help, but not much.
Hi,
Well, I don't use TurboCad, but I can tell you this... Don't worry.
There are a bunch of ways, unfortunately, to create DXF files. These are actually text files, that contain coordinate data. I've had the same experience, where some DXF files will load, and some won't, due to the differences. Also, some load and display what is essentially a "flat" image, like a blueprint. Others contain vertice data for 3D objects.
Here's a good site, with a kabillion free DXF files, which you can use to try out your new software. http://www.3dcafe.com/asp/meshes.asp
Good luck.
