Default Elevon Linkage Design

I am building a vertically launched tailess glider design (scale X-40) which uses elevons for pitch and roll. I am concerned about flutter of the control surfaces during ascent. (250+ knots) The craft will have a wing loading in the 25-30 oz./ sq. ft. range. The elevons will be full span and be approximately 12 inches[sm=confused.gif][sm=confused.gif] in length. I'm thinking a thin stainless steel hinge hinged along the top surface of the wing bonded to the skin with 3M's VHB transfer tape may work but am concerned this approach may not be as rigid as a torque tube set-up. Any of you jet guys who have built Viggens and Mirages have any suggestions? If you have AutoCad, send me a sketch of your solution.
