There used to be two Russian based web-sites which carried such information for download purposes. I no longer have information as to how active they are at present. One is noted below and the other had something to do with "Airwar" in the title. Perhaps a forum reader can fill in more here.
Each site had no kits, but the plans were of such quality that you could write the information to a disk and then take someplace for a full sized plot.
