Sheeting Giant fuse and wings???
I"m building my first BUD NOSEN Corsair from plans and I need to sheet the fuse and wings. Its done in sections of balsa sheets 1/8" x 3" x 36" on fuse and 3/32" x 3" x 36" balsa sheets on the wings.
My question is what type of glue to use to glue the sheeting to the frame work? Do I also glue the seems between the sheets (the edges & ends that meet together) with the same glue??? Rick

Tube glue to join sheets (Ambroid, Sigment, etc.) Carpenter's glue to attach. Lots of pins, masking tape, ace bandages, whatever to hold it in place.

RE: Sheeting Giant fuse and wings???
I just finished sheeting my Boing P-12 and got the best results to date. I sprayed A 50/50 mix of water and amonia on the top of the sheet, let it set for about five minutes then started forming the sheets by hand then glued them down using medium C.A. from the inside, I also glued the seams too. From the top I filled in any small gaps then sanded smooth. I did the same on the wings and even the tips came out without any buckles in them.
