I believe Dubro has what you want. It is a ball that you mount on your servo arm. You also get a socket with threaded ends on both sides. Makes hooking up ailerons simple. I think that they are only good for up to say a 60 size plane though. Take a look at tower or dubro's web site and see what's out there.

Easiest way... go to Tower hobbies.. download the instruction book for a "Sig Four-Star 40" Look how its done. (same in a bunch of trainers...)

We don't really have enough information to answer. Do you have strip ailerons where they both extend in to the fuselage side, or outboard ailerons where they are only out by the tip, like full scale?
