I need some opinions...!
I need some new set of eyes to look at the tail moment on the plane in the pics to see if I need more tail moment. As you can see it is a scratch built of the "Stick" variety with extra large control surfaces. My goal is to have a very aerobatic design knock around plane that is lite weight and will fly easily with anywhere from a .60 2s to 1.10 4s. The wing span is 67" and the length is 44" from the firewall to the end of the fuse just before the rudder hinge line. If it looks to stubby tell me because I can add some extra tail easily now before I cover it.
Don't be shy...I need educated opinions. I have noticed that the planes can look so much smaller once on the flight line and look a hell of a lot different in the shop.

RE: I need some opinions...!
Compared to other regular flying Stik types it looks just fine. Compared to the latest 3D hover machines it does look a little short. If you're looking for a good all around sport flier then I think you'll be fine as long as all the other parameters are equally in tune.
47 long with the rudder included compared to 67 inch span is very normal. I think it's just all the super long fun fly models that has confused your TLAR eyesight.
Nice looking Stik.

RE: I need some opinions...!
Bruce...thanks for the help...I have been designing most all of my planes almost always something in the sport/pattern arena and with my Zen 90 sitting in the corner it just looks a bit short, but I want something that can get wicked but yet on d/r mild and easy. I know the control surfaces are big but that's why they invented expo...for fat old fingers like mine..
