Autocad printing problem
I have a printing problem when using R14 and an Epson Stylus CX3200 A4 printer. If I tick the box "Scale to fit" I get a printout in wrong scale. If I do not tick the box and set paper size to "Inch" and pick a window instead I do not get anything at all... Nothing shows up on the preview. It is obvious that I do something wrong here, but what? Please help me...

RE: Autocad printing problem
Check what view you are printing: Either 'layout', 'display', 'window' or 'Limits'. (If window, you'll be prompted to pick a window)
Ideally, you want to plot 'extents' and 1:1.
Scale to fit witll fit your view selection to teh paper. Chances are, you're tryitn to plot a protionof teh whole dwg (extents) and it's only grabbing teh top left 'A4' sized portion of teh drawing.
Since you are plotting a plane dwg, an dit probably won't all fit on one A4 sized sheet, you'll need to make multiple plots, and tape them all together. Draw, then array a bunch of rectangles that match the paper size (taking into account that there is about 1/4" all around teh paper that will not be printed / cannot be printed on by teh printer) Basically, there will be a grid.
When plotting , select 'window' then drag teh widow aroudn teh first rectangle, then the next etc.. till teh dwg is all plotted.
