RE: OS engine DXF files
I've got a generic OS looking engine. I just measure the dimensions and adjust the drawing. Forget where I got it from... If you want it just email me.

RE: OS engine DXF files
In a letter of December from Illinois, I was informed that DXF files on currently avaialble glow engines are not available, nor permitted to leave the premises. They are propriatory in nature only, and not for the general public's use or review. I explained to them that it takes maybe a day or so to draw up the exterior for O.S. engines in Autocad with one in hand.
I thus will continue to include and SPECIFY Enya engines on my plans for the model A/C distributors. The A/C will be designed around Enya engines, not O.S.
If you want a new DXF file concerning an O.S. engine currently on sale, you are going to be the one which has to create the file.

RE: OS engine DXF files
I don't have one for an OS but I did one for a Saito 30. Most manufacturers give enough information so that you can get it pretty close. All the real important information is there such as mounting holes, prop screw length and position, etc.
