HELP Royal Gull Amphibian plans?
Hello and please HELP. I am trying to find plans for this plane (Piaggio Royal Gull Amphibian). I have read a few articles, on the net, about a builder/flyer Mr. Richard Flinchbaugh who built this plane. Unfortunately, I cannot find any contact information. I am trying to find out where I can get plans or how I can contact Mr. Flinchbaugh to find out where he got his plans. I would appreciate ANY help.
