Calculating the CG..
If your building a brand new designed plane that has never been created before, how do you determine the CG?
I found this website
http://www.geistware.com/rcmodeling/cg_calc.htm
Its a calculator for CG's...but the question is do you put the aileron width in as a part of the root and tip cord. My ailerons are 3.5-4 inches wide so they are a significant % of the wing area. I'm guessing normally they can be ignored or have little significance. I asked the site owner Geistware but got no answer.
Anyone know?

RE: Calculating the CG..
Ok, thats kinda what I thought... My plane shouldn't even be flying in that case. I'm about 2-3 inches nose heavy. Now I see why I can't hover very well.
