Default wing tube diameter

is a 1" diameter aluminum wing tube big enough for an 86" span ultimate bipe profile? the tube will be 36" long. with the fuse being 2" thick, 17" will be in each wing half. wing will have 1/2"sqaure spruce spars and cap strips. will this tube be big enough for a 1600 square inch wing? both wings total 3200"
