Default joining two pieces

Im thinking about building a 61 in long fusalage but i can only find lightply up to 48 in. So how do I join the two togethor?

Or can i buy liteply longer then 48

Diagonal cut at about 30 to 45 degrees with a doubler behind. Do it all the time with build up sail planes except the tail boom is balsa and not lite ply. Corner stringers are not cut at the fuse splice.
