Take the plans to your local blueprint shop (or Kinkos ) and have them enlarge the complete plans in THE PERCENTAGE you want. After enlarging (or reducing ) the plans, measure the various wood thicknesses and then use your judgement on what thickness and type of material to use in that particular area. For instance, you enlarge a 65" wingspan plane to 80" wingspan. The rib thickness on the 80" plane is 1/8" thick. Do you need 1/8" thick ribs ? Probably not. In MOST cases 3/32" will be fine.

I would not recommend just enlarging one part of the plan. The plane has certain proportions (in relation to wingspan, fuselage length, chord, etc ) so that it will fly the way the person who designed it wants it to. Unless you are knowledgeable about these things, do not change the proportions.

Campy has the right idea! Don't have a Kinkos but if you look in the phone book for some place that does blue prints they can most likely scan and enlarge drawings for you. As a side note lots of times I will take the plans for a plane I am getting ready to build to the printer and have him print me a 1/2 size set. It doesn't cost much but they make a great reference tool while the plans are covered with balsa.
