Starship Enterprise Pictures
OK Guys:
I got the camera and I am starting to take the pictures of the building of the USS Starship Enterprise. These first 5 shots are of one of the nacelles showing the framing the ducted fan and the air sleeve allowing the ducted fan to push the air out the back with very small amount of turbulence. This structure will be covered with 1/64” birch after it has been soaked and formed to fit the nacelle. The dimensions are 37” by 3.5” in the front by 2.5” in the back. The power is by a GWS EDF75 3” 400 speed motor. The clear acetate is formed within the structure.
If there are any questions let me know. More pictures will be loaded on Wednesday. These will be of the disc and the deflector pod and what ever else I have completed.

RE: Starship Enterprise Pictures
Won't the long tail pipe sap your thrust before it leaves the tube? Wouldn't it be better to place the fan further back?
