Default Foam Fuselodges

All you guys are right, hollow out and sheet the inside. I used 1/16 lite ply on the inside, when i made my HW templates i cut in for the spruce stringers on the outside just like a conventional kit. I used Probond urethane glue for the stringers- then sheeted with balsa. When this is done use your favorite covering material, AND please don't tell me monocoat. I only add stringers if i'm not going to glass I will be kitting 5 1/5 scale planes in this matter. At the present time i'm building a HWC for cutting fuselodges and believe it or not a high end CNC router in the size of 30x48. Hope all goes well.
