Default Top surface hingeing of elevons on eurofighter wing

Hi all, this is my first time posting in this particular forum so please help me if you can.

Im building a eurofighter for EDF, which was originally for a 90 size ducted fan.
The wings are foam cores covered in very light balsa.

I intend to fibreglass the wing and have the top surface hinged to the elevons. I have a few models that were done in the mould like that and i love the appearance. Is there any way to do this if you are fibreglassing a wing out of the mould?

Should i use robart hinges on the top surface line, which i dont really want to do, or is there a way to use a kevlar strip or something similar on the line itself?

The vacuumbagging video does this with a foam wing. Buy it, it's worth it.
