Ziroli SBD Dauntless was a great plan. Easy to follow, reasonably scale and easily adapted to full scale. Good written adendum to support construction sequence.

best plans
Anything from Brian Taylor is top notch stuff, I've never worked from more accurate plans both in parts fit and scale outline. I've got his Typhoon in primer and it was a great build. Also am just finishing up the framework of a Bates P-40 that turned out to be a pleasant project with good parts fit and sound engineering. This was my first Bates project but there will definitely be others. Regards, Chad Veich.

Good question Bud,
I built this when the plans first came out a couple years ago. I think there was a wood list in the addendum sheet but I don't remember for sure. I bought the wood locally and cut it on a cnc router I have at home.
