Silicone RTV is fuel proof but depending on what you stick it to the fuel can often lift the silicone rubber off the base material by breaking the seal. But it seals well enough to keep oil and spills out of any compartment.

After I posted I realized....duh....fuel tubbing is silicon.
I used some GE Silicon II caulking I had from an RV repair last summer. Worked great. Two parts in an ARF left a gap once fitted. I'd like to keep oil out but sealed it mostly for asthetics. It looks nice.
