Help with Servo control line Installation
I am building a 1956 Rebel by Hal deBolt.
I installed a continuous coaxial control line from the servos to the rudder and elevator. They pass through three bulkheads and I epoxied the outside to each bulkhead. Now I am thinking this may be a problem with expansion/contraction.
It is not too late to cut the outer shell and provide some relief.
Would like a recommendation.
Please understand the last time I built this plane I didn't have to worry about this detail.

If so I wouldn't worry about it. The outer tubing may buckle a tiny, and I do mean tiny, bit when it gets hot but the inner will do the same so it's not a big deal.
On gliders where the rudders are set up for LOTS of throw and the elevator trim is 3 click critical it is an issue. The heat expansion of the nylon inner tubes makes a noticable difference to trim as the day heats up. Many people don't like the nylon stuff on this sort of model for this reason. But on power models using longer control horns it's not an issue.

Thank You!
I was concerned regarding the outside plastic tube. Thanks to your knowledge I am not going to worry about it.
My building experience is dated (1960s) consequently new products and new techniques are often a question.
Thank You for the help,
