Default CAD

Well I would like to get a program that I can do my own triple tapered wing with. I would like to do my own spar and hole location. To be able to adjust the rib thickness and length then print each rib out, glue it to wood and use it as a template. Would any of these two do that for me? Also I getting Autocad 2004.

I have also been looking at Compufoil but it seems that I would have to get most of there upgrades to do what I want.

Thanks for the help

I downloaded both programs. Do you know if the download is a full version, seem's kinda plain and not what I was expecting. Especially ModelCAD.
