Default help with corsair flaps

Cut the articulated flaps so that they don't interfere in the up position. Now there will be pie shaped gaps when the flaps are down. Put a sharp bend in a piece of brass shim stock so that it can be slipped, top and bottom, over the flaps and gap. Make it wide enough so that it overlaps the flaps on both sides of the gap with the flaps all the way down. Glue the shimstock to a flap on one side of the gap. The flap on the other side of the gap will be free to slide inside the brass shim as the flaps go up and down.
