Default Looking for Smith Mini Plane plans

I saw some where a set of plans for the Mini at 84 inch wing. Also the cowl and wheel pants in glass. Any ideas who the plans were from? I have the Sig kit and can blow the plans up, but the pants, cowl and plans would be easier.

The engine size is 100-150 cc. The very nice fiberglass cowl, plans and formed and welded landing gear go for $300 plus shipping.
