Default Wing Ribs

I have a set of plans that have the wing root and tip ribs for a foam wing. I would like to make an "open wing" construction. The wing is double tapered and the airfoil is semi-symetrical. What is the best way of creating a set of wing ribs for the open construction?

Cut a sacrificial foam wing and section it. That way gives you the option of going with something totally cool looking like geodesic ribs without a lot of fanfare.
