The AMA plans service has several large Model Y's. One is 92" span and the other 72". Both were construction articles in Model Aviation. The larger one was by Henry Haffke. The other one may have been also.

Not a "Y", but 80" and 100" "R" models.
Also 81", 93" and 112" "Z" models.
