Default Sharing plans

Hey,

I have made some plans by copying the design off an arf. Are there any copyright laws that will make sharing these plans online illegal???

As long as you're not charging money for them, you should be ok.
What plane is it?

If you drew the planes yourself and make in minor changes its a new design so you haven't violated any copywrites. Look at how many brands there are of the same pattern planes.

Here is something I created on a similar theme:
http://my.pclink.com/~dfritzke/pizazz.pdf
Some modifications I drew on this plan are on the Twist,
which replaced the Pizazz. Not the "fat" airfoil, but the counter-
balance rudder and tail mounted servos. Sort of a "hybrid" I suppose.

its a Katana Mini from Precision Aerobatics.

40" wingspan electric. Ive drawn them that size but am thinking of enlarging them for a .40 size electric.
