John E Egle Chipmunk
Hello,
I am putting together a Super Chimpunk built from John E Egle plans for a friend. This airplane has a 78" WS and is fully built. I haven't weight the plane, so I don't know how much it weighs.
Does anyone out there have an idea on what engine to use on this airplane? I have the plans, but they make no mention of an engine or servo recommendation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I realize that your post is several years old, but I have just bought a John Egle Extra 300 plan.
Did you ever find a source of information or were you able to contact John?
There are a few issues on the plan that I would like help with.
