Need Help!
I'm designing a slope glider, and would like to have the wings removable for transport. The plane will have a split wing/shoulder mount type wing. I have not ever had the pleasure of seeing a set up like this in person, so I'm confused on the best way to get this done.
Thanks for any help.

RE: Need Help!
It is typically done using wing tubes. Here're a few threads, but I'm sure there are more here at RCU if you search:

RE: Need Help!
wow, i really wish that my searches could have pulled up those threads b4 i started my stubby build! alot of good reference material.
on my build "stubby from RCM plans" i used brass tube for the sleeves, and a carbon arrow shaft for the rod. alot lighter, and plenty strong for a 40 sized bird. plus, it hasnt cost me a whole lot either. only about $15 for materials.
good luck with your project,
andrew
