Figure out what size you want you airplane to suit your .60 size engine.

Calculate the scaling down factor of the existing plan to meet the size you want.

Where ever you get your printing or plotting done, plot the CAD drawing to the new scale factor.

This process will scale everything in the CAD file down. The outline may be the size you want . However all of the wood thicknesses will also be scaled down, probably to some wierd size. You will then have to manually correct the items you did not want scaled down.

use the dimension command .it should allow you to measure current distance between two points and then ask if this is correct distance.just plug in the new distance an all will be rescaled or you can use the scale or zoom commands.usually measure the wingspan and set it to the span desired.what cad program are you using?

Hi

If you want you can email the drawing and say what wingspan you want or use the scale command. Select from Modify->Scale
Enter all when it says Select objects:

Basepoint is somewhere in the drawing and now it wants a scalefactor or reference. Press R for reference now it wants a length type in 64, then it wants new length type in 52. When you do this you don't have to enter a scalefactor with a lot of decimals.

Just my 2 cents.
