Extra 3.25 servos
I am getting ready to begin building an Extra 3.25 from plans. Question is, I have some sub micro servos and was wondering if they would be fine for this plane. I wanted to use one for each aileron and mount two in the tail, one for rudder and the other for elevator. Will these handle the loads? They are Hitec 55's

I built one of those many years back, using s148 servos, if memory serves.
It had a short but very active life.
HS-55s should handle the ailerons, but try something with more grunt for the rudder and elevator.
