I saw an advert in Airborne magazine for Simitar Aircraft that said 'foam wings cut to order', never used them myself. They are located in Howard QLD - maybe just outside of Hervey Bay? Here are the details:

Ever consider cutting your own foam wings? Do a youtube search for foam wing cutting. My son has posted the first 8 minutes of the foam wing cutting video that he sells for me there. It really is not difficult to cut foam wings by hand.

Wow! On youtube for just over 2 months and over 2000 viewings. Seems there is quite a bit of interest in how to cut a few foam wings by hand. Fastest way to search is to type "foamwingcutting" in all as one word on the youtube search tool.
