70" WING HOME DESIGN
Hi All
Well here is a thread I thought might be worth stating........ I have decided to design and scratch build my own 70" high winger.
I don't know how it will go but I will keep regular postings if anyone is intererted or would like to make hints and tips.
The wing is 70" at the moment with a chord of 14" a profile using NACA 2318. The body length will be 58". The horizontal stab comes out at 29"wide and the rudder height is 10". I plan to put 2 degrees of dihedral in the wings with the centre fus section flat across the top. It will be powered by a 4 stroke about 70 size and some nice fat 4" wheels.
Will post again when the plans are in better shape and finalised.
