Hazer 1 Industries work horse
OK gang, the Hazer 1 has been drawn and plotted, the foam wings cut and the fuselage built. What is it? A design that will offer structural integrity and provide a platform for many different payloads and operations.
The problem has been ( Note: I maintain 5 Hobbico Trainers in an environmental project ) our balsa models just won't stand up to rocks the size of a large dump truck and other hazards in industry that can destroy a model in a second.
Hazer 1 is design around EPP foam, lite ply and an O&S LA .40 for both economical and reliability concerns. The project cost is around $30 bucks so far, well within the development budget. Total man hours just to construct the model is about five hours, however when the production model is ready it should fall to between two to three hours.
I'll post pictures in a day or so.
