Vintage planes PBY 5 A
Has anyone out there built and flown this bird, my good buddy just got his done and I get the honor of test flying it any info on the correct C/G abd tips on flying would really help Mike

Hi multimike, If no one knows where that PBY originated from, you can use this website to calculate where the CG should be placed. Use 30 for the percent MAC for a successful first flight. You can shift it around to your liking after that. Dan.

Thank you , what a great programe, I am a scratch builder , a few mullis with double taper wings and the need to make sure the plane is not TAIL heavy is always a worry, I will let you know how we make out MIke
