Is this EPO foam? I have access to tons of this stuff, can this be used to build anything useful? specifiically the large pink sheets. They're about 1/2 inch thick.

Its EPP (expanded polypropylene). Its what 'foamies' are made from. That stuff you have is laminated from multiple thinner sheets. Its commonly found like that when used for packing fragile items inside cardboard boxes. While the foam is pretty indestructible, when its laminated like that, its usually glued together with hotmelt glue which isn't that great.

Yeah i notice they're several layers but, it's held together pretty good, no way of it getting separated though. Are there plans that would use this kind of foam? The sheets are about 18x23".

RE: what kind of foam is this?
we have used it as LE material for combat planes works fine. Look at any of the slope glider foamies (they can have elelctic motors easy enough)
some stiffening might be required. But there is no reason it can't be done.
I have also used it to line my plane racks.
the fumes when hot wire cutting that stuff are BAD[:'(] so do it in well ventalated area.
