D&L design edge 540
Hi all,
Has anyone built one of these planes from the plans D&L offer? I have never seen one of these on this forum in the past.
I am thinking about trying one out. Any thoughts on thier designs??

I built the 540 80" ws a couple of years ago. It was a fun build. It had a super tigre 3000, and I am converting it to a DL55 this winter.
Mine weighs 15 lbs dry.

Hi all,
thx for the reply guys. I started tracing my templates the other day, looks like it will be a fun build, although that big FG cowl is going to be fun. I was thinking of making a mold for it instead of my usual one off cowl, I case I like it so much I want another ya know.
